Terms & Conditions

Ensuring transparency, safety, and quality in every handyman project we undertake across New York.

Payment Terms

We require payment upon completion for small tasks. For larger renovations, 17 years of experience has taught us that a structured 30/70 deposit system works best for our clients.

Cancellations

We're flexible, but we ask for 24 hours notice. Did you know missed appointments cost local tradespeople thousands annually? We charge a modest fee for late cancellations.

Our Warranty

Quality is our signature. We provide a 12-month guarantee on all labor. If something isn't right, we'll fix it. No questions asked. That's the TideWorks Handyman promise.

Standard Service Agreement

When you book a service with TideWorks Handyman, you're entering into a professional agreement. What does that mean for you? It means we're committed to arriving on time, working safely, and cleaning up thoroughly once the job's done.

Our technicians are fully insured for electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. However, we're not responsible for pre-existing structural issues unveiled during repairs. If we find something unexpected, we'll stop and discuss it with you immediately. Transparency matters.

For projects in New York City, compliance with building codes is our priority. Please ensure any property manager approvals are secured before our arrival. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Note: All quotes provided via our website are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed once our technician assesses the site conditions in person.

Trust is our Foundation

"Why did we choose TideWorks Handyman? Because their contract was written in plain English, not legal gibberish. It felt honest."
